Pre-conference events start on Saturday 10/10; and the official opening of the conference is Sunday, 10/11 at 7:30AM at the Polk County Convention Center.

Setup

Exhibitors are welcome to set up their tables starting Saturday, 10/10 and Sunday 10/11.

Nearly all conference participants will have arrived by Sunday afternoon. We ask that all tables and exhibits are set up no later than 8:00am on Monday, 10/12.

Cleanup

The conference finishes on Tuesday, 10/13 at noon; exhibitors are welcome to stay into the afternoon as conference attendees mingle, pack up, and leave.
