How can I register with a purchase order?
To register with a purchase order, please use our online registration system and select check payment to create an invoice. The Purchase Order must be received by August 13 for the early registration rate, or by October 1st for the regular registration rate. Our Tax ID # is 06-1495135. I am a workshop presenter. Do I need to register?
Every presenter must register so that we know when to expect you and how to reach you if we have any questions. You will receive an email with registration instructions and a discount code to use during online registration. If you have not received an email from us by July 16, please contact emily@foodsecurity.org
Can I sign up for a field trip, short course, or reception if I’m not participating in the main conference?
Yes. During online registration, select “Events Only” for Registration Type, and then on the Events page, indicate which event(s) you plan to attend.
I need to cancel – what is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your registration for a refund, or you can give your registration to another person by changing the name on your registration. Refunds requested prior to October 1 will be charged a $50 refund fee. No refunds are possible after October 1. No exceptions.
Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change the name on your registration by contacting rachel@foodsecurity.org.

No. The deadline for workshop proposals was April 30. Sign up for conference updates to learn when the Request for Proposals for our next conference is announced.
I am looking for a roommate or ride. How can I reach others going to the conference who might be able to help?
You can use the online bulletin board to coordinate rides, room sharing, and other logistics with other conference attendees.
Are there tables available for me to display information about my group/company?
The only volunteer positions available are work-exchange positions to earn conference registration. Please use the Scholarship application to apply for work-exchange.
Will there be childcare at the conference?
No, however we would be happy to refer you to some childcare options in the area. Please contact aleta@foodsecurity.org for referrals.
Can I receive Continuing Education Credits for attending the conference?
We are currently looking into the possibility of offering credits for this conference. Let us know if you are registered with an accreditation agency so we can contact that organization.
Will recordings of the conference be available after the conference?
Videos of the plenaries and keynote lectures will be posted online after the conference. We will also post slideshow presentations and handouts from workshop presenters and networking sessions after the conference.
