Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your registration for a refund, or you can give your registration to another person by changing the name on your registration. Refunds requested prior to October 1 will be charged a $50 refund fee. No refunds are possible after October 1. No exceptions.

Workshop presenters
Workshop and Networking Session presenters will receive an email with registration instructions to receive your speaker discount. Please do not register until you have received a discount code.
Financial Assistance
Limited scholarships and work exchange opportunities are available to cover conference registration. Go to the Scholarships page to learn more.

Full Conference Registration (Main Event)
Full conference registration includes all events Saturday evening through Tuesday, as well as the following meals:
Pre-Conference field trips and short courses are not included in the conference registration fees.

Member Discount Full Registration – $ 250
Non-Member Full Registration* – $ 295
Door Registration, October 2-19
Full Registration* – $ 325 (no member discount offered at the door)
