Pre-Conference field trips and short courses are not included in the conference registration fees.
Door Registration is Not Guaranteed
Advance registration ended October 1. Registration for pre-conference events is now closed; we will not be taking registration at the door for pre-conference events on Friday or Saturday.
The main conference is also at capacity; door registration is not guaranteed. If you still need to register, please come to the registration table on the 3rd floor of the Sheraton after 10:15am on Sunday, 10/17. If there are any cancellations, door registrations will be available for $295*.

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your registration for a refund, or you can give your registration to another person by changing the name on your registration. Refunds requested prior to October 1 will be charged a $50 refund fee. No refunds are possible after October 1. No exceptions.

Workshop presenters
Workshop and Networking Session presenters will receive an email with registration instructions to receive your speaker discount. Please do not register until you have received a discount code.
Financial Assistance
Limited scholarships and work exchange opportunities are available to cover conference registration. Go to the Scholarships page to learn more.
You may make a donation to the scholarship fund while registering or by contacting the CFSC office, (503)954-2970.
